Combat Academy Support

Version 1.1.1 of the Combat Academy mobile apps (released in December 2018) adds the following features:
Android
- A long overdue fix that allows video to be toggled between full screen and windowed mode directly from the full screen control in the video player.
- Improved onboarding for Gym type accounts.
- Enabled Fan and Coach type accounts during onboarding (to support future features).
- Hyperlinks for Gyms. Clicking on a gym name will now open its profile on CA if it has one and open its page in Google Maps if it does not. Clicking on the gym name in the profile page will always open Google Maps. These features only work for gyms that are linked to real establishments present on Google maps. For Gym names that are not linked to real establishments (for example "My Home Gym"), the hyperlinks will not be active.
- Various improvements and bug fixes (improved search filtered by account type, improved layout of profile page bio section, and more).
