What’s an Oss?

Oss is a term used amongst Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners. On the Combat Academy platform think of an ‘Oss’ as you would a ‘like’. If a training partner or friend in your feed posts an activity use it as encouragement, appreciation or to show respect.  You can give Oss and see who else has done so from the action bar shown at the bottom part of every activity on the activity feed and activity details screens.
